OK, time to get started. I dismantled the entire car, cut the front floor pan from the Lemans, cut out the entire floor from the rear bumper to the firewall, cut the cowl apart( Probably abt 300 spot welds there), cut the main support out of both cars. Then I re-cut the Lemans main support for fitting purposes and then took it and some other parts for sandblasting. Next I fixed the left front portion of the inner rocker panel. I was not aware of what after market parts were available at that time so my plan was to use as much of the Lemans as possible. When the blasted parts were done, I installed the main support. While grinding the welds in this area, I about cut off my left knee cap with the grinder. After returning from the hospital, it was back to the car to install the front floor and the new trunk floor panels. Later I sandblasted the cowl area and repaired it. By the way, if you ever repair an inner cowl, apply truck bed lining to it. Best idea I've had yet.
